Oak Communication Fun
Monday morning we wrote letters to children in another school and cracked codes in maths. The afternoon saw us communicating constructive feedback to our peers in fencing, then writing messages to our class mates in hieroglyphics :)
Tuesday was great because we had to describe shape designs in maths, we created internet safety posters and then we learnt sign language in the afternoon!
On Wednesday we took away certain senses such as our sight and our hearing. We also made cup and string phones, made french board games and completed a PSHE session about friendship. What a great day!
On Thursday we made our very own emoji flip-charts so we can now communicate our feelings without using words. In maths we spoke our written communication and linked it with time, through a TV guide. In the afternoon our parents came in and completed a range of games and reading activite with us. It was awesome!
Friday was our last day of communication fun. :( Today we created and performed plays, we took on the role of the teacher in Maths and then we learnt Italian with Mrs. Garofano in the afternoon. What a busy week.
